Is the year 2018, Miriya dreams remembered when the malcontent zentradis claimed for food in south america and the when they was crushed by the Southern Cross army, an event well known as a crime in Brasilia. And then she recieved a calling from a "friend" called Seloy Deparra qho survived to the "event". She feel that must find her.
In other place, Max falled to ground with his Mecha and killed a couple of malcontents near Oasis City (place destroyed by a nuclear weapon used by malcontents).
He is rescued and remains in a hospital in Argentina and Rick visited him to tell about Miriya: she disappeared from Monument City.

THE WOLFF PACK

August of 2018 a transport is attacked by a new kind of zentraedi mechas called "Stingers" and disappeared.
Rick came to Argentina to meet Max and tell him the bad news, so Max came to Cavern City to cooperate with the denfense of the place. A place where just remains a squadron of tanks called "Wolff Pack". only them can fight agains the rebels.

There Max meets Jonathan Wolff and his right hand Ron Batrley (father of Rook). So then the Wolff pAck and the Skull decided try to find the missed transport.

THE SCANVENGERS

The Skull and Wolff pack squadrons found a group of rebels in the colombian andes montains and follow them and finally they found the base of the rebels and the lost members of the transport. But they are MAD. Even the zentraedi rebels prisioners prefer to comete suicide before speak.
No so far of that place, on of the soldiers of the rescate team, killed another soldiers, he just became mad...

I read the book by McKenny, now I want to read those comics.

Thanks, well the book is good, but in the comic you can see it. Is so cool, still the draw is not so good but is enough...

I liked the book because it was pretty well detailed about how the Southern Cross operated during the uprising.

They did NOT tolorate malcontents or let politics get in the way!

And, Leonard's aide made an Apocolypse Now referance when they were in those massive superhauler thingys in the book.

Well Leonar terminated the zentraedis, and in the comics Mechangel also he used an female zentraedi to kill another zentraedis remained.

At the beggining appeared a flashback when Miriya sayed goobye to Dana. Then she appeared in the jungle in the Amazonas trying to find Seloy. But shey was taked as prisioner by a couple of males rebels. nothing good for her. She is like a traitor for them, she married a Micronian and joined to RDF.

The rebels told her about their problems with the humans, as for example the Alpha Camp in Arkansas, trated as trash. Buy Miriya escaped to found a female rebel sended by Seloy.
